Sushi Restaurant's BreakFast(お寿司屋さんの朝食)

東京駅のGRANSTAにある「築地寿司清(つきじすしせい)」。普段は本格派の江戸前寿しを提供しているお店ですが、朝の時間帯は朝食定食を提供しています。
Tsukiji-Sushi-Say is classic sushi restaurant in Tokyo Station GRANSTA and it serves breakfast in the morning.

今回はそのうちの一つ「鯛胡麻だれ定食」(670円)を頂きました。
鯛の刺身とゴマだれが合っていて、とても美味しいです。
I ate Tai-Gomadare-Teishoku(Sea bream and sesame source),one of  Tsukiji-Sushi-Say's breakfast and it is 670 yen.
Slices of sea bream is suit fit to sesame source and it is very delicious.

ご飯が半分ぐらいになったら、鯛の刺身をご飯にのせて、その上から出汁をかけて鯛茶漬けにします。
It is nice to put sea bream on top of rice and add soup stock.

朝から豪華な食事をすると、仕事へ向けての気力が湧いてきますね。(^o^)/
I will become vigorous after eating rich breakfast.

Bicycle Rental Service of Matsuyama(松山のレンタサイクル)

松山観光において路面電車と並んで重宝されるのがレンタサイクルです。
Tramcar and bicycle rental service are used for sightseeing in Matsuyama City. 

松山市内には松山駅前、大街道、松山城、道後駅前の4ヶ所にレンタサイクルポートがあり、自転車を1日300円で借りることができます。
There are 4 ports of bicycle rental service,the front of Matsuyama Station,Okaido,Matsuyama Castle and the front of Dogo Station, and we can rent bicycle for 300 yen a day.

松山市の観光名所は松山城を中心に狭い範囲に集中している為、レンタサイクルは重宝します。
Bicycle is useful for sightseeing in Matsuyama City,because Matsuyama's  famous places gather in narrow area around Matsuyama Castle.

Kyu-Furukawa Gardens(旧古河庭園)

六義園の後は、すぐ近くにある旧古河庭園まで足を伸ばしました。
旧古河庭園は大正時代に古河家の三代目当主 古河虎之助によって作られました。武蔵野台地の斜面と低地を利用して作られていて、斜面側に洋風庭園が、低地側に日本庭園が配されていることが特長です。
I went to Kyu-Furukawa Gardens after Rikugien Gardens.
Kyu-Furukawa Gardens was made by Toranosuke Furukawa,the third head of the Furukawa Family in Taisho Period.Kyu-Furukawa Gardens was made on Musashino Terrace, and the Western-style Garden was made on a slope of it and Japanese-style Garden was made on low-lying land of it.

洋風庭園は英国人建築家 ジョサイア・コンドルの設計です。
洋館の周りには様々な種類のバラが配されています。
The Western-style Garden was designed and built by Josaiah Conder,a British architect.
There are various types of roses around Western-style residense.

日本庭園は京都の庭師 小川治兵衛(おがわじへえ)の作です。
心の字に似せて作ったという「心字池(しんじいけ)」を中心に、枯山水や茶室が配されています。
The Japanese-style Garden was designed and built by Jihei Ogawa,a Japanese garden architect.
There are karesansui and teahouse around Shin-ji pond.

洋風庭園と日本庭園が一緒にある庭園なんて、なかなか珍しくてオススメです。
I recommend Kyu-Furukawa Gardens,because it is a few garden which has both the Western-style garden and the Japanese-style garden.

Teahouse in Rikugien Gardens(六義園の茶屋)

こちらは六義園の中にある「吹上茶屋」です。
This is Fukiage-chaya,a teahouse in Rikugien Gardens.

吹上茶屋では和菓子を頂きながら、庭園をじっくりと眺めることができます。
We can see garden eating Japanese sweets at Fukiage-chaya.

今の季節は冷抹茶と和菓子のセットがオススメです。
I recommend cold green tea and Japanese sweets at this time of the year.

Rikugien Gardens(六義園)

東京都文京区の駒込にある「六義園」に来ました。
I went to Rikugien Gardens in Komagome,Bunkyo-ku,Tokyo,Japan.

六義園は江戸時代に五代将軍 徳川綱吉の側用人となった柳沢吉保により作られた大名庭園です。
明治になって岩崎弥太郎の手に渡った後、昭和13年(1938年)に東京市に寄贈され現在に至っています。
Rikugien Gardens was made by the shogun,Tokugawa Tsunayoshi's  trusted confidante Yanagisawa Yoshiyasu in Edo period.
In Meiji period,Iwasaki Yataro aquired Rikugien Gardens, and it was donated to Tokyo city government in 1938.

六義園の庭園は中央に大小の島を持つ池があり、その周りを築山や樹木が囲っています。
Rikugien Gardens has big pond with big and small island,and there are mountains and trees around pond.

ここは「藤代峠」という築山です。
This is Fujishiro-toge.

藤代峠に登ると、庭園全体が見渡せます。
We can see full view of Rikugien Gardens from Fujishiro-toge.

また、六義園にはたくさんの紫陽花が植えてあり、今(6月)がちょうど見頃になっています。
And there are many hydrangeas in Rikugien Gardens and they are in full bloom in June.

Chihayafuru(ちはやふる)

ということで、映画「ちはやふる」を鑑賞しました。
一途に部活動に取り組む姿は素敵ですね。自分の高校時代を思い出しました。
I saw "Chihayafuru",a movie based on Japanese comic and it is about high school students who play Ogura Hyakunin-isshu karuta.Ogura Hyakunin-isshu is a classical Japanese anthology of one hundred Japanese waka(poetry) and karuta is a tric-taking game."Chihayafuru" is the beginning of Ariwara no Narihira's waka in Ogura Hyakunin-isshu.
I remember being back in high school. 

さて、この小倉百人一首は鎌倉時代初期に藤原定家(ふじわらのさだいえ、有職読みでは「ふじわらのていか」)により選ばれた秀歌撰です。その名の通り100人の名歌人の歌を集めたものなのですが、平安時代以降、皇位を担った天智系の祖である天智天皇、持統天皇の歌で始め、定家の仕えた後鳥羽院、順徳院の歌で締めています。後鳥羽院、順徳院の歌については、両院が承久の乱を起こした責任を問われ配流されたことから新勅撰和歌集から外したものをこの小倉百人一首で復活させたと言われています。また平安時代、藤原道隆が興した中関白家は道隆の死後、弟の藤原道長(御堂関白家)に圧迫され政治的には没落しますが、この百人一首には多数の歌が入っており文化面では第一線の地位を維持していたことが伺えます。百人一首の後半には源実朝(鎌倉右大臣)の歌も入っており、先の後鳥羽院、順徳院とあわせて鎌倉幕府の台頭と承久の乱への道も感じられます。
小倉百人一首はそれぞれの歌の意味と、歌を詠んだ歌人の政治的背景をあわせて考えると、倍楽しめます。
Ogura Hyakunin-isshu was complied by Fujiwara no Sadaie(Teika) in the early Kamakura period.Ogura Hyakunin-isshu has 100 people's poetry,The beginning of it has poetry of Emperor Tenji and Empress Jito,ancestors of Tenno(Emperor of Japan) of Heian period and later,and the end of it has poetry of Emperor Go-Toba and Emperor Jyuntoku,Fujiwara no Sadaie(Teika)'s lords.Emperor Go-Toba and Emperor Jyuntoku were defeated by Kamakura shogunate at Jokyu War and their poetry were removed from Shinchokusen Wakashu,but their poetry were complied to Ogura Hyakunin-isshu.
In Heian period,Naka-no-Kanpaku family started by Fujiwara no Michitaka was driven into ruin by Fujiwara no Michinaga,but some Naka-no-Knapaku family's poetry is in Ogura Hyakunin-isshu and I think that they had cultural status.
The last part of Ogura Hyakunin-isshu has Minamoto no Sanetomo's poetry and I can know samurai's power grew in Kamakura period.
We can enjoy Ogura Hyakunin-isshu thinking meaning of poetry and political background of poets.

Dogo Shopping Street Part4 - Imoyakinjiro(芋屋金次郎)

続いて同じ道後商店街にある「芋屋金次郎」に来ました。
「芋屋金次郎」はサツマイモを使用したお菓子の専門店です。
I came to "Imoyakinjirou",a shop serving sweets made by sweet potato in Dogo Shopping Street.

特にオススメなのがこの芋けんぴで、毎日お店で出来立てを購入することができます。
とても甘くて美味しいです。
Imokenpi is the most famous sweets of this shop and we can eat newly made Imokenpi every day.
It is very sweet and delicious.

この「芋屋金次郎」ですが、本店は高知県にあり、東京日本橋の「コレド室町」にも店舗があります。
Imoyakinjirou's head office is in Kochi Prefecture and it has other shop in Coredo Muromachi,Nihonbashi,Tokyo.

Dogo Shopping Street Part3 - Fuyusha(布遊舎)

愛媛県松山市の道後商店街にある「布遊舎」に行きました。
I went to Fuyusha,a shop in Dogo Shopping Street,Matsuyama City,Ehime Prefecture,Japan.

このお店では愛媛県今治市の名物「今治タオル」を使用した布製品を販売しています。
This shop serves cloth products made by Imabari Towel,a famous product of Imabari City,Ehime Prefecture,Japan.

今回は「今治タオル」で作ったハンカチをゲットしました。
吸水性が良くて使いやすいですよ。
I bought a handkerchief made by Imabari Towel this time.
It has good water absorbency and it is easy to use.

Nabeyaki Udon(鍋焼きうどん)

愛媛県松山市の伊佐爾波神社(いさにわじんじゃ)の入り口付近にある鍋焼きうどんのお店「mammam(まんま)」で、鍋焼きうどんと稲荷寿司を頂きました。
I ate Nabeyaki Udon(Udon is Japanese noodle) and Inarizushi at mammam,a restaurant near the entrance of Isaniwa Shrine in Matsuyama City,Ehime Prefecture,Japan.

鍋焼きうどんは松山が発祥と言われています。
Nabeyaki Udon is originally food of Matsuyama City.
