東京ミッドタウンで開催されている「Tokyo Midtown Design Touch」に行ってきました。
この様なイベントは開発の刺激になります。

I went to "Tokyo Midtown Design touch" held in Tokyo Midtown.

This event give an impetus to develop.

芝生広場で開催されていた「カーテンウォールシアター」。
脳波に反応してカーテンが動くようになっています。

This is "CURTAIN WALL THEATER" held in Grass Square of Tokyo Midtown.
This curtain is moved by human's electroencephalograph.

こちらの「+Style Exhibition」ではIoTを使用した様々な新商品が紹介されていました。

This is "+Style Exhibition" and it has some new goods using IoT.

サントリー美術館では江戸時代後期の琳派の巨匠 鈴木基一の展覧会が開かれていました。

朝顔図屏風や風神雷神図襖など、琳派らしい豪華な作品で一杯でした。

The exhibition of Kiitsu Suzuki,a master of Rinpa school in the late of Edo Period, is holding in Suntory Museum of Art.
There are some beautiful masterpieces, for example, a gold screen painted morning glory and a sliding paper door painted god of the winds and god of the thunder.

Showa no Mori Masters Live(昭和の森マスターズLIVE)

本日は友人が参加しているバンド「坂戸秘宝館」が出演する「昭和の森マスターズLIVE」を見に行きました。
I went to watch live performance of Sakadohihokan, a my friend's band, at "Showa no Mori Masters Live" today.

「坂戸秘宝館」の本日の曲目はセクシャルバイオレットNo.1(桑名正博)、何も言えなくて・・・夏(J-Walk)、長い夜(松山千春)、宿無し(世良公則＆ツイスト)、傷だらけのローラ(西郷秀樹)。70'sから90'sまでのヒット曲ですね。
Today's numbers of Sakadohihokan are Japanese hit songs from 70's to 90's, "Sexual Violet No.1"(Masahiro Kuwana), "Nanimoienakute...Natsu"(J-Walk), "Nagaiyoru"(Chiharu Matsuyama), "Yadonashi"(Masanori Sera) and "Kizudarakeno Roller"(Hideki Saigo).

生で聴くバンドの演奏と歌声はとても迫力があり楽しかったです。
The band's live music and singing voice are very powerful and I enjoyed listening to it.

この「昭和の森マスターズライブ」は地元アマチュアバンドによるミニコンサートで、60'sから90'sまでの懐かしのロック、ポップス、グループサウンズが楽しめます。
"Showanomori Masters Live" is a local amateur band's mini concert and we enjoyed rock, pops and group sounds from 60's to 90's.

会場のモリタウンは東京都昭島駅北口にあるショッピングモールです。スーパー、専門店、飲食店が充実していて休日にゆっくりするにはピッタリの場所です。
Mori Town, the concert venue, is a shopping mall in front of the north entrance of Akishima Station,Tokyo.
It has many supermarkets, speciality stores and restaurants, and we can enjoy in it on a holiday.

Kagurazaka Festival 2016(神楽坂祭り 2016)

昨夜の神楽坂商店街(東京都新宿区)の写真です。いよいよ夏らしい雰囲気になってきました。
These pictures are Kagurazaka Shopping Street,Shinjyuku-ku,Tokyo last night.
I felt a real summer .

さて、今週は神楽坂祭りが開催されます。
7月27日、28日(17:30〜22:00)は「ほおずき市」です。
ほおずき鉢の販売の他、屋台も立ち並んでとても賑やかになります。
Kagurazaka Festival is going to be held this week.
It is going to have "The Market of Physalis alkekengi" on July 27 and July 28(Time:17:30〜22:00).
Some market of physalis alkekengi and street stalls are set up on it.

7月29日(19:00〜21:00)、30日(18:00〜21:00)は「阿波踊り大会」です。
毎年、多くの連(阿波踊りのグループのこと)がにぎやかで楽しい踊りを繰り広げます。
It is going to have "Awa Dance Festival" on July 29(Time:19:00〜21:00) and July 30(Time:18:00〜21:00).
Many "Ren",a group of Awa Dance,join it every year.

World Blood Donor Day(世界献血者デー)

6月14日は「世界献血者デー」でした。
ということで、私も久々に日本赤十字社の東京新宿東口の献血ルームに行って来ました。
Every year on 14 June is World Blood Donor Day and I went to blood donation room of Japanese Red Cross Society in Shinjuku East Exit,Tokyo,Japan.

世界献血者デーは、ABO式血液型の発見者で、ノーベル賞を受賞した科学者、カール・ラントシュタイナーの誕生日である6月14日に行われています。
今年(2016年)の6月14日のGoogle Doodlesもカール・ラントシュタイナーを記念したものになっていましたね。
World Blood Donor Day is celebrated every year on the day of birthday anniversary of Kari Landsteiner,a biologist who won the Novel Prize for discover of the ABO blood group system.
Google Doodles of July 14,2016 was the logo of Kari Landsteiner.

献血センターでは受付を済ますと、まず飲み物を2杯飲むように言われました。
最近は、献血での体調不良を防ぐために、水分補給を頻繁に行うことを推奨しているようです。
献血はテレビを見ながら10分ほどで終わりました。
最近の献血センターは快適ですね。
I drank two cups of free drink before donating blood in blood donation room.
Blood donation room is recommending to hydrate ourselves well to prevent poor physical condition recently.
It was only 10 minutes to finish my blood donation seeing TV.
Recently,it is easy to donate blood in blood donation room.

RENOIR(ルノワール)

東京六本木の国立新美術館で開催されているルノワール展に来ました。
I came to Renoir's exhibition held in The National Art Center,Tokyo.

この展覧会では印象派の巨匠ピエール=オーギュスト・ルノワールの作品を展示しています。目玉は「ムーラン・ド・ラ・ギャレットの舞踏会」と「都会のダンス」、「田舎のダンス」です。
This exhibition has many masterpieces of Pierre-Auguste Renoir including "Dance at Le Moulin de la Galette","Dance in the city" and "Dance in the Country".

ルノワールの作品は色彩が明るく写実的で、いつ見ても楽しくなります。
この展覧会は8月22日までの予定で開催されています。
I like Renoir's masterpieces because these were used brightly colors and these were realistic.
This exhibition is holding until August 22,2016.

MIDPARK YOGA 2016

今年も東京ミッドタウンで開催されている「ミッドパークヨガ」に参加しました。
I joined MIDPARK YOGA held in Tokyo Midtown.

今回は夜ヨガ。夜風がとても気持ちよかったです。
I did yoga at night this time.The night breeze felt nice.

講師はアンジェラ・磨紀・バーノンさんでした。
ヨガで体をゆっくりと伸ばすと、体の固かった部分が柔らかくなっていくことを実感できました。
Instructor was Ms. Angela Maki Vernon.
I felt my body became flexible by stretching the body.

 ミッドパークヨガは5月25日まで東京ミッドタウンで開催されています。
MID PARK YOGA is holding until May 25,2016 in Tokyo Midtown.

Jyakuchu(若冲)

東京都美術館で開催されている「生誕300年記念 若冲展」に行ってきました。
I went to "The 300th Anniversary of his Birth:Jakuchu",an art exhibition held in Tokyo Metropolitan Art Museum.

伊藤若冲は江戸時代に活躍した絵師で、数多くの傑作を残しています。今回の展覧会では、そんな若冲の代表作が勢ぞろいしています。
Jyakuchu Ito was a Japanese painter of Edo Period and he drew a lot of masterpieces.This exhibition has a lot of Jyakuchu's masterpieces.

生誕300年記念 若冲展 ｜みどころ・作品

「乗興舟(じょうきょうしゅう)」と「菜蟲譜(さいちゅうふ)」も展示されていました。この長い作品を近い距離から全て見ることができたのは大変嬉しい経験でした。
また、今回の展覧会の最大の目玉である「釈迦三尊像」と「動植綵絵(どうしょくさいえ)」30幅は細かい描写と豊かな色彩を実感できました。ちなみに私は若冲の絵の中では大きな真鯛等が描かれた「動植綵絵」の「魚群図 鯛」が一番好きです。(鶏ももちろん好きなのですが・・・)
 I could see "Jyokyoshu" and "Saichufu".Both of them are very long pictures and I could see them from even closer.And I could see "Shakasanzonzo" and "Doushokusai-e"("Pictures of the Colorful Realm of Living Beings") a 30 scroll-set of paintings,important works of Jyakuchu,and I felt photo realistic depiction and colorful pattern in these works. My favorite Jyakuchu's work is "Gyogun-zu Tai" of "Doshokusai-e",a painting that big red sea bream was drawn.(I like paintings that roosters were drawn,too.)

日本人は若冲が大好きなようで、この展覧会はいつ行っても2時間から3時間の入場待ちとなっています。
若冲展は5月24日までの予定で開催されています。
A lot of people come to this exhibition everyday and entrance waiting time is two hours or three hours.
This exhibition is holding until May 24th,2016.

Seiki Kuroda(黒田清輝)

東京国立博物館で開催されている黒田清輝の特別展に来ました。
I come to the special exhibition of Seiki Kuroda held in Tokyo National Museum.

黒田清輝は明治から大正にかけて活躍した洋画家で、この展覧会には「湖畔」、「読書」、「舞妓」、「智・感・情」、「婦人像」といった代表作が勢揃いしています。
Seiki Kuroda was a master of modern Japanese paintings between Meiji to Taisho and this exhibition has many his masterpieces,for example,"Lakeside","Reading","Maiko","Wisdom,Impression,Sentiment" and "Woman".

黒田清輝の絵画の軌跡をなぞることは、日本の近代絵画の歴史をなぞることにもなります。
I think history of Seiki Kuroda's masterpieces is history of modern Japanese paintings.

また、黒田の師であるラファエル・コランの作品や、黒田に影響を与えたジャン=フランソワ・ミレーの「羊飼いの少女」も見所です。
This exhibition also has masterpieces of Raphael Collin,a master of Kuroda, and "Shepherdess with her Flock" painted by Jean-Francois Millet which had an impact on Kuroda.

Yoshinosuke Kozu,a Japanese painter

東京新宿の伊勢丹本店で開催されている「神津善之介 絵画展2016」に行ってきました。
神津善之介さんはスペインを拠点に活躍している画家です。
I went to an art exhibition of Yoshinosuke Kozu held in Isetan(a Japanese department store),Shinjuku,Tokyo.
Yoshinosuke Kozu is a Japanese painter who is based in Spain.

写実的で緻密な油彩画が多い画家です。
He draws realistic and accurate oil paintings.

現在活躍している画家の絵の中では一番好きです。
I like his paintings the best in paintings of painters who are presently active.

今回の個展は個人向けの販売が目的でしたが、神津さんの絵はいずれ美術館にも収めて欲しいと思います。
This exhibition is for selling to individual,but I hope that Mr.Kozu's paintings are housed in art museums someday.
