今回訪れたのは三ノ宮駅のすぐ近くにある「長田タンク筋」です。芸能人もたびたび訪れる名店です。
I came to Kobe City,Hyogo Prefecture,Japan and I ate Sobameshi,a famous food of Kobe.
I ate it at Nagatatankukin,a famous restaurant of Okonomiyaki and Yakisoba in Kobe.
こちらが名物「そばめし」です。
今回は卵と牛スジも載せてもらいました。
This is Sobameshi.Sobameshi is soba and rice cooked together along with meat and vegetables.
I add it egg and beaf sinew this time.
焼きそばとご飯が絶妙に混じり合っていて、とても美味しいです。お好みで甘口、辛口のソースをかけることができます。神戸に来た際には一度は食べておきたいですね。
If you want to thicken up to the taste,you can add sweetish sauce or dry sauce.
I recommend to eat Sobameshi when you go to Kobe someday.
