A Market | 太陽のマルシェ
本日は東京勝ちどきで月1回開催されている太陽のマルシェに来ています。
I come to "The Sun's Marche",a market held one time per a month in Kachidoki,Tokyo today.
産地直送の新鮮な野菜や果物がいっぱいです。
This market serves a lot of fresh vegetables and fruits direct from the farm.
また、お茶、コーヒー、ワイン、オリーブオイル等も
And it has some green teas,coffees,wines and olive oils.
今回購入したものです。(^o^)
産地直送のかぶ、にんじん、メークイン。これから旬のみ
These are vegetables,fruits and wine bought today.There are turnips,carrots and potatoes direct from the farm.And there are oranges,strawberries and red wine.This wine was made in Katsunuma,Yamanashi Prefecture,Japan in 2013.2013 was a good year for Japanese wine.

the autumn season for art
今回は東京の上野恩賜公園で開催されている芸術の秋にふさわしい展覧会についてご紹介します。
I went to two art exhibitions held in Ueno Park,Tokyo yesterday and these were suitable for the autumn season for art.
まずは東京都美術館にて「ウフィツィ美術館展」を鑑賞しました。
At first I went to Tokyo Metropolitan Art Museum and saw "GALLERIA DEGLI UFEIZI",an art exhibition of Uffizi Gallery's arts.
イタリアのフィレンツェにあるウフィツィ美術館はメディチ家がコレクションしたルネサンス芸術を収蔵する美術館です。
Uffizi Gallery is an art museum in Florence,Italy and it has a lot of Renaissance arts collected by House of Medici.
今回の展覧会ではサンドロ•ボッティチェリの作品がメインでした。写実的なリアルさがある「パラスとケンタウロス」と、フィリッポ•リッピの影響が見える穏やかな横顔の聖母が特徴の「聖母子と天使」が特に良かったです。個人的に好きなフィリッポ•リッピの作品も1点だけ来ていましたね。
ルネサンス絵画はどれも色彩豊かでおすすめです。
This exhibition's main arts are Sandro Botticelli's pictures."Pallade e il centauro",a realistic picture and "Madonna and Child",a picture drawing madonna's gentle profile affected by Filippo Lippi are very nice among Botticelli's masterpieces on this exhibition.I can see a picture of Filippo Lippi, my favorite painter and I'm satisfied with it.Renaissance's pictures are very colorful and beautiful,and I like these.
続いて上野の森美術館へ移動して「ボストン美術館 浮世絵名品展 北斎」の鑑賞です。
I moved to The Ueno Royal Museum and saw "HOKUSAI from the museum of fine arts,BOSTON".
ボストン美術館が所有する葛飾北斎の浮世絵が約140点も展示されています。
特に「冨嶽三十六景」、「諸国名橋奇覧」、「諸国瀧廻り」といった代表作はとても色鮮やかで美しいです。ルネサンス絵画に引けを取らない日本絵画の美しさを堪能できます。
This exhibition has about 140 Hokusai Katsushika's ukiyo-e prints(colorful pictures written in Edo Period) collected by Museum of Fine Arts,Boston.
His famous works,"the series Thirty-six views of Mount Fuji","the series Remarkable Views of Bridges in Various Provinces" and "A Tour of Waterfalls In Various Provinces" are very colorful and beautiful.Hokosai's masterpieces are as beautiful as Renaissance pictures.
ちなみに下の写真は上野の森美術館のカフェ「Cafe MORI」で頂いた「白玉抹茶あずき」です。
絵画鑑賞の合間の休憩におすすめです。

la kagu
10月10日に東京メトロ東西線神楽坂駅近くにオープンしたキュレーションストア「la kagu」に行って来ました。
I went to "la kagu",a curation store near Tokyo Metro Tozai Line's Kagurazaka Station,Tokyo opened in October 10,2014.
キュレーションストアとはセレクトショップやアンテナショップと同義で、オーナーやバイヤーのセンスで仕入れたものを販売してるお店のことです。
語源は美術館の学芸員を指す「キュレーター」から来ています。
A curation store is a shop selling high quality goods which shop's owner and buyers select and it is the same as a select shop and an antenna shop.
The word "curation" is derived from a curator,a museum's staff.
「la kagu」は新潮社とサザビーリーグの共同プロジェクトとして設立されたお店で、家具や雑貨を販売しています。
お値段は高めですが、センスの良い商品が並んでいます。
la kagu is established by Shinchosha,a Japanese publishing store and The SAZABY LEAGUE,a Japanese select shop.
This shop's goods are high price but these are excellent in fashion.
下の写真は今回購入した方眼ノートです。
厚くて使いやすいです。

Zen
神奈川県横浜市の總持寺で坐禅をしました。
Soujiji holds monthly Zazen practice and everyone can attend it.
月例参禅は1時間の座禅を途中休憩をはさんで2回行います。
慣れないうちは1時間胡座を組んでいると足が非常に痛くなります。
2回〜3回参加するうちにだんだん慣れてきます。
足の痛みが気にならなくなると、瞑想に集中できるようになります。
座禅をしているといいアイデアが浮かびそうです。
One hour Zazen were held and a rest is taken in a middle and one hour Zazen ware held in Monthly Zazen.
At first our legs hurt when we were not used to sit cross-legs in one hour and we become not mind legs when we do Zazen two times or three times and we can concentrate to meditate.
I think we can have a good idea when we do Zazen.

Listening to Jazz while drinking coffee
今日は喫茶店で珈琲を飲みながら、ヒロオガワさんの「changes」を聞いています。
ゆったりとしたリズムで流れるタイトル曲の「changes」、軽快な「The Squeaker」、「D/D」、雄大な「Destiny」、キーボードの超絶技巧が冴える「Shadows」、曲調が途中で変わる「S.T.break」等いい曲がいっぱいです。
秋の夜長はJazzを聞きながらゆっくりとするのもいいですね。
I am listening to "changes",a new album by HIRO OGAWA,released on September 24,2014 while drinking coffee at cafe today.
This album has nice musics - "changes" is this album's title and Unhurried rhythm."The Squeaker" and "D/D" are quick music."Destiny" is a ballad."Shadows" is characterized by keyboard performance."S.T.break" changes melody in the middle piece of music.
I think it is good to feel at ease listening to Jazz on an Autumn Night.

Waterfront city,Tokyo
今日は東京都公園協会の水上バス「東京水辺ライン」で両国からお台場まで行ってみました。
この水上バスは隅田川を両国から浅草へ北上した後、再び両国を通って隅田川を南下します。その後、勝鬨橋を通って東京港へ出て浜離宮を経由して、お台場に到着します。
I went to Odaiba from Ryougoku by Tokyo Mizube Cruising Line,a water bus operated by Tokyo Metropolitan Park Association.
This water bus goes up north in Sumida River and goes to Asakusa from Ryogoku.And it goes down south in Sumida River and passes under Kachidoki-bashi Bridge and goes to Port of Tokyo and arrives at Odaiba.
この隅田川には江戸と東京への歴史がぎっしりと詰まっています。
1964年の東京オリンピックを契機にかなりの運河が埋め立てられましたが、それでも東京が水の都であることが分かります。
Sumida River has history of Edo and Tokyo.
A lot of canal was reclaimed in 1964,a year of Tokyo Olympic but I know Tokyo is still waterfront city.
両国から浅草へ北上すると東京スカイツリーが見えて来ます。
A water bus runs from Ryogoku to Asakusa and I can see Tokyo Sky Tree.
吾妻橋。
It's Azuma-bashi Bridge.
東武スカイツリーライン(東武伊勢崎線)。
It's Tobu Sky Tree Line(Tobu Isezaki Line).
浅草に到着。
A water bus arrived at Asakusa.
ここからは東京スカイツリーが綺麗に見えます。
Tokyo Sky Tree was looked beautiful from here.
アサヒビール本社ビルに映る東京スカイツリー。
It was Tokyo Sky Tree reflected in the building of Asahi Breweries,Ltd.
ここから東京港へ向けて南下していきます。
蔵前橋です。
A water bus went down to Port of Tokyo.
It's Kuramae-bashi Bridge.
蔵前橋と両国橋の間にある神田川への入り口です。
This is entrance of Kanda River between Kuramae-bashi Bridge and Ryogoku-bashi Bridge.

It's Ryogoku-bashi Bridge.
途中ですれ違った「ホタルナ」号です。
It was HOTALUNA,a water bus.It and our water bus passed each other in the river.
中央大橋を超えるといよいよ下流です。
昔ながらの佃島、再開発が進む晴海、勝ちどきが見えてきます。
A water bus passed Chuo Bridge and it was in the lower section of Sumida River.
I could see Tsukudajima,a traditional town and Harumi and Kachidoki,redevelopment towns.
勝鬨橋と築地中央卸市場。
勝鬨橋は1970年まで開閉が行われていました。
この橋を超えると東京港です。
This is Kachidoki-bashi Bridge and Tsukiji Central Wholesale Market.
Kachidoki-bashi Bridge raised until 1970.
This bridge is the mouth of port of Tokyo.
勝鬨橋を超えると東京タワーが見えてきます。
A water bus passed Kachidokibashi-bridge and I could see Tokyo Tower.
水門を通って浜離宮に到着します。
浜離宮は江戸時代は徳川将軍家の鷹狩場でした。
明治になって皇室の離宮となり、1945年に東京都に下賜されて現在に至っています。
A water bus passed a wanter gate and arrived at Hamarikyu Gardens.
Hamarikyu Gardens was a villa of the Shogun Tokugawa family in Edo Period and it was Royalty Imperial villa in Meiji Period and it became public park at 1945.
いよいよお台場が近づいて来ました。
目の前にレインボーブリッジが近づいて来ました。
A water bus finally approached Rainbow Bridge and Odaiba.
晴海埠頭。外国船も停泊しています。
ただ東京港は浅瀬が多い為、大きな船は入れません。
It's Harumi-futo wharf.A foreign ship was at anchor.
But a big ship could not enter Port of Tokyo because there are a lot of shoals in Port of Tokyo.
そう、これぐらいの大きさの船が限界ですね。
This ship is the biggest possible size.
いよいよレインボーブリッジの下を通ります。
A water bus passed through Rainbow Bridge at last.
お台場です。
お台場は江戸末期のペリー来航時に防衛の為に大砲を並べる為に作成した埋め立て地です。東京港は浅瀬が多く大型船が入れる部分が限られていた為、ここさえ押さえれば良かったのですね。ただ準備が整うよりも先に日米和親条約が結ばれた為、用済みになりました。
現在はフジテレビの本社ができて以来、商業施設として発展しています。

Odaiba was reclaimed land and it was made for defense of Edo when Matthew Calbraith Perry came with many ships in the latter part of Edo Perido.Odaiba was suitable for defense of Edo because there were many shallows in Port of Tokyo and the place where a ship could be in was limited.But Odaiba's defense facility was discarded because Perry and Shogun signed the agreement before completion of it.
Now Odaiba continues to grow as a commercial construction since making Fuji television head office.
さあ、お台場到着です。
両国からの所要時間は1時間30分ほどでした。
A water bus arrived at Odaiba.
The time required from Ryogoku was about one hour 30 minutes.

Antoni Gaudhi
六本木ヒルズの森アーツセンターギャラリーで開催されていた「特別展 ガウディ×井上雄彦 - シンクロする創造の原泉-」に行って来ました。
I went to "Takehiro Inoue interprets Gaudhi's Universe",an art exhibition held by Roppongi Hills Mori Arts Center Gallery.
この展覧会ではスペインの建築家 アントニ・ガウディが作成した設計図や建築模型が多数展示されています。

This exhibition displayed a lot of plans and architects' models made by Antoni Gaudhi,a Spanish architect.
Of course plans and architects' models of Sagrada Familia,a Gaudhi's masterpiece and his last year's lifework were displayed.

And in his young day's works he done his best in spite of a shortage of budget.
His works are useful for software engineers like us.
また、この展覧会では「SLAMDUNK」、「バガボンド」で知られる井上雄彦氏が描いたガウディの幼少期、壮年期、晩年を描いた漫画が展示されていました。
井上氏が描くガウディの世界観がこの展覧会にアクセントをもたらしています。
And in this exhibition Takehiko Inoue,a manga artist,known for SLAMDUNK and Vagabond wrote Gaudhi's manga of Gaudhi's youth,manhood and last years.
Inoue wrote Gaudhi's view of the world in his manga and it had a good effect to this exhibition.

I went to "Takehiro Inoue interprets Gaudhi's Universe",an art exhibition held by Roppongi Hills Mori Arts Center Gallery.
この展覧会ではスペインの建築家 アントニ・ガウディが作成した設計図や建築模型が多数展示されています。
もちろん彼の最高傑作にして、晩年に全てを注ぎ込んだサクラダ・ファミリアの画、建築模型もあります。

東京神楽坂には47都道府県の地酒が飲める居酒屋があります。
I recommend Japanese-Style Bars which serve all Japanese Prefecture's sake(Japanese alcoholic beverage) in Kagurazaka,Tokyo.
一店目は「地酒喝采 かも蔵」です。

One of these Japanse-Style Bars of Kagurazaka is "Kamozo".

このお店の一番のおすすめは長野県の酒千蔵野(しゅせんくらの)の大吟醸「幻舞Mari」です。
This bar recommend "Genbu Mari",a daiginjyo-shu made by Shusenkurano,a company of Nagano Prefecture.
このお店にしかないオリジナルブランドだそうです。
大吟醸らしいフルーティーな味わいで、若干こってりしています。
ちなみにMariというのはこのお酒の杜氏さんのお名前だそうです。
This sake is original brand of this bar.
It's fruity and rich taste.

あと夏のおすすめとして愛媛県の石鎚酒造の純米吟醸「石鎚」を紹介されました。
And this bar recommend "Ishizuchi",a Jyunmai Ginjyo-shu made by Ishizuchishuzo,a company of Ehime Prefecture for summer.
夏にぴったりなすっきりとして味わいでした。
It's clear taste and it's perfect for summer.
料理では「ラム肉のたたき」がおすすめです。
This bar's recommended cooking is lightly roasted lamb.
二店目は「てしごとや霽月(せいげつ)」です。

こちらも47都道府県の地酒がそろっていますが、山口県の旭酒造の純米大吟醸「獺祭」が特に充実していて6種類もあります。
This bar provides all Japanese Prefecture's local sake too ,and it especially provides "Dassai",a Jyunmai Daiginjyo-Shu made by Asahishuzo,a company of Yamaguchi Prefecture, and it provides six kinds of "Dassai".
これは「獺祭の飲み比べセット」。
左から「獺祭磨き50」(精米歩合50%)、「獺祭磨き30」(精米歩合70%)、「獺祭磨き23」(精米歩合77%)です。ものすごくフルーティーです。
These are "Dassai Set",Dassai 50,Dassai 30,Dassai 23 from the left. These sake are very fruity.
料理は魚料理が充実しています。
長崎五島列島の魚の刺身が名物です。
下の写真にある鯛茶漬け、秋刀魚も美味です。
This bar provides nice fish dishes.
This bar's famous food is slice raw fish of Goto-retto Island,Nagasaki Prefecture.
Below photo is tai-chazuke,a dish made of rice,sea bream and tea,and grilled saury,and these fish cooking are delicious too.

[日本酒の豆知識(Trivia of Sake )]
日本酒の種類は精米歩合によりおおまかに以下に分類されます。
Sake has below varieties by rice polished ratio.
・本醸造(Honjyozo-shu)
精米歩合70%以下(米を30%以上削る)
そのままではアルコール度数が高くなる為、水で割って製品にしているものが多く、香りは控えめで辛口となる傾向が強い。
Rice polished ratio is below 70%.It's fragrance is modest and it is a dry taste.
・吟醸酒(Ginzo-shu)
精米歩合60%以下(米を40%以上削る)
フルーティーな香りがし、飲みやすくサラサラとしている。
Rice polished ratio is below 60%.It has a fruity fragrance and it is a clear taste.
・大吟醸(Daiginjyo-shu)
精米歩合50%以下(米を50%以上削る)
吟醸酒以上にフルーティーで華やかな香りがするものが多く、すっきりして飲みやすい。
Rice polished ratio is below 50%.It has a fruity and gorges fragrance and it is a clear taste.
またそれぞれで醸造アルコールを入れていないものを純米酒といいます。
And each three types has types called Jyunmai-shu。Jyunmai-shu means the thing which does not install brewer's alcohol.
日本酒は意外とすっきりとしていて飲みやすいお酒です。
ちなみに日本酒を飲むときは、同時に水を多く飲むと悪酔いしません。
I recommend sake,because it is clear taste and it is easy to drink.
If you drink a lot of water when you drink sake and you can prevent alcohol sickness.
