Shikido(子規堂)

仕事帰りに寄ってみた愛媛県松山市の松山市駅近くにある「子規堂」です。子規堂は明治時代に正岡子規が暮らしていた住居を復元したものです。
I went to Shikido near Matsuyama City Station in Matsuyama City,Ehime Prefecture,Japan after work.Shikido is rebuild house which was lived by Shiki Masaoka,a Japanese haiku poet in Meiji Period.

子規堂は正岡家の菩提寺でもある正宗寺(しょうじゅうじ)の境内にあります。
Shikido is in Shoushu-ji,Masaoka Family's temple. 

子規堂の中には子規の直筆原稿や貴重な写真等が納められています。松山在住時の夏目漱石の写真もあります。
Shikido has Shiki Masaoka's manuscripts and photos.There is a picture of young age of Soseki Natsume,a novelist and a friend of Shiki.

また子規堂のそばには、明治時代に実際に松山を走った「坊ちゃん列車」の車両が展示されています。
There is original Botchan Ressha,a train which ran Matsuyama City in Meiji Period near Shikido.
