SANRIKU OYSTERS RECOVERING FROM THE BIG EARTHQUAKE

3月も終わりに近づきましたが、"SAVE SANRIKU OYSTERS"プロジェクトを展開されている株式会社アイリンクさんより"復興牡蠣"が届きました。
At the end of March,I receive a lot of Oysters from iLink,inc., a company carrying out "SAVE SANRIKU OYSTERS" project.

日本の三陸沖は黒潮と親潮がぶつかる栄養豊富な海域で、昔から牡蠣の養殖が盛んな地域です。
しかし2011年3月11日の東日本大震災により、養殖場が津波で流され打撃を受けました。
そこで震災直後から株式会社アイリンクの齋藤浩昭さんが「復興牡蠣オーナー」制度を発案、全国から牡蠣養殖場の復興の資金を提供してくれるオーナーを募集、オーナーには復興した養殖場で採れた牡蠣を提供するという制度を始めました。
一口¥10,000と手軽なこともあり、全国から多数の人が応募し、集まった資金は養殖場の復興に利用されています。
Sanriku coastal area has several of Japan's greatest oyster production area.However Sanriku coastal area has been affected by the Great East Japan Earthquake  that happened on March 11th,2011.
At that time Mr.Hiroaki Saito,iLink,inc CEO started "SAVE SANRIKU OYSTERS" project that collect financier to help reconstruct Sanriku oysters.A lot of people attended this project because the amount of this project per person was 1,000 yen and they could attend it easily.The amount of this project is using the restoration of Sanriku oyster's aquaculture.

さて、今回届いた牡蠣ですが、殻付きで20個ほどありました。
The numbers of oysters arrived this time were 20 and all oysters had shells.

産地直送だけあって、一般でお目にかかれない肉厚と大きさです。
The oysters directly from the farm had thick and big meat.

ちなみに牡蠣の殻は側面からナイフを差し込んで中で貝柱を切ると簡単に開きます。
When the shells of the oyster inserts a knife from the side and cuts an adductor muscle inside, I easily open.

これだけ大きいと炭火であぶって食べても美味しいです。
I roasted big oysters over charcoal and they were very delicious.

牡蠣料理その1 牡蠣ごはん

①調味料として以下を準備
   だし汁・・・3カップ
   塩・・・小さじ1
   薄口醬油・・・大さじ1.5
②炊飯器に米と①の調味料を入れて炊く
③炊きあがった後に牡蠣を入れ10分ほど蒸す

牡蠣料理その2 牡蠣の土手鍋
鍋の側面に味噌を塗って、中に牡蠣、豚肉、野菜を入れます。
牡蠣、豚肉共にビタミンBが豊富なので健康にとてもいいです。

Microsoft Office 365

先日、Microsoft Office 365 Small Business Premiumを契約しました。
Small Businessは25名以下まで契約できるEditionで、PremiumはOfficeのWEB Appに加えて、インストール版のOfficeも使用できるサービスです。
I contracted Microsoft Office 365 Small Business Premium.
Office 365 Small Business Premium is provided for small company with less than 25 employees and it provides both Office Web App and the latest version of Office applications.

一番うれしいのは1ライセンスで最大5台のPCまでOfficeをインストール可能なことです。
しかもWindows版だけでなく、Mac版もあります。
The happiest thing is that we can install Office applications on up to 5 Windows PCs or Macs.


2014年3月9日現在ではWindows向けにはOffice 2013が提供されています。
Word、Excel、PowerPoint、OneNote、Access、Publisher、Outlook、Lync、InfoPathが使用できます。
The latest version of Office applications are Office 2013 for Windows including Word,Excel,PowerPoint,OneNote,Access,Publisher,Outlook,Lync and InfoPath.

Mac向けにはOffice 2011が提供されています。
Word、Excel、PowerPoint、Outlookが使用できます。
The latest version of Office applications for Mac are Office 2011 for Mac including Word,Excel,PowerPoint and Outlook.

もちろん今後、新しいバージョンのOfficeがリリースされた場合、アップデートすることが可能です。
また作成したドキュメントはOne Drive(Sky Drive)で共有し、iPhone/iPad、Android上ではOffice Web Appで見ることが可能です。
これだけ付いて月々の費用は¥1,250ですから、私の様にWindows PCとMac PCの両方を持っているユーザーは通常のOfficeを購入するより明らかにお得だと思います。
If the new version of Office will release,Microsoft will provide the new version of Office on Office 365 immediately.
We can share our office documents on One Drive(Sky Drive) and we can see it at Office Web App on our iPhone or iPad or Android.
I think Office 365 is reasonable for users that have both Windows PC and Mac.

また以下の様なサービスもついてきます。
Office 365 provides these online services.

・電子メールアドレス(Email Address)
   企業名.onmicrosoft.comというドメインが提供されます。
   DNSの登録が可能であれば、完全な自社ドメインに置き換えることも可能です。
・予定表や各メンバーの連絡先の管理(Calendars and Team sites)
・一般向けWEBサイト(Public Web site)

大企業はもちろんですが、SOHOユーザーにとっても非常に魅力的なサービスだと思います。
I think Office 365 is very attractive service for not only big companies but also SOHO Users.

A Theatre

本日は久々の演劇鑑賞です。
東京の青山劇場にて「銀河英雄伝説 第四章後編 激突」を鑑賞しました。
Today,I went to the theatre,"Legend of the Galactic Heroes PartⅣ A Fierce Fight" at Aoyama Theatre,Tokyo.

銀河英雄伝説は田中芳樹氏の人気小説が原作で、本劇では皇帝誘拐直後からバーミリオン会戦までを舞台化しています。
The origin of ”Legend of the Galactic Heroes” is a sensational novel written by Mr.Yoshiki Tanaka.

主演の河村隆一氏を始め若い役者が多いですが、皆非常に演技力がありました。
演劇はテレビや映画とは異なる独特の迫力がありますし、所々ミュージカルになっている部分やカーテンコールがあるところが非常に楽しいです。
There are many young actors including starring Mr.Ryuichi Kawamura,and their strong presence and acting can make us have fun. 
It is very nice that a theatre has unique charms that are different from TV dramas and movies and there are musicals and a curtain call in a theatre.

「銀河英雄伝説 第四章後編 激突」は3月2日までの公演です。

Monet,An Eye for Landscape

「モネは眼にすぎない、しかし何と素晴らしき眼なのか」〜ポール・セザンヌ〜
"Monet is only an eye,but my God,what an eye!" - Paul Cezanne

まだ雪の残る東京上野の国立西洋美術館で開催されている「モネ、風景を見る眼 - 19世紀フランス風景画の革新」に行ってきました。
モネ、セザンヌ、ルノワール、ゴーガンを始めとする19世紀の印象派の画家の作品から、彼らの影響を受けたゴッホ、ピカソの作品まで展示されています。
印象派の作品はどれも素晴らしいのですが、この展示会ではモネの2枚の「睡蓮」と「ジヴェルニーの積みわら」が特に良かったです。
I went to Ueno Park,Tokyo that little snow remain and I saw "Monet,An Eye for Landscapes:Innovation in 19th Century French Landscape Paintings" held by The National Museum of Western Art.
This exhibition displays a lot of 19th century's Impressionist paintings painted by Monet,Cezanne,Renoir,Gauguin and paintings of Gogh and Picasso,painters that be affected by Impressions.
I think Impressionist paintings are very well and  I am especially satisfied with two "Water Lilies" and "Haystacks at Giverny" painted by Monet.

さて、モネは晩年、ジヴェルニーの自宅の庭に広大な庭園を作り、その庭の風景を作品に残しましたが、高知県北川村にはモネの庭を再現した「北川村 モネの庭マルモッタン」があります。
私も3年前に一度行きましたが、とても綺麗な植物園でした。睡蓮が咲き始める4月後半から6月にかけて行くのがおすすめです。
Monet made big garden at his house in Giverny in his last years and there is a garden duplicated Monet's garden in "Kitagawa Villeage [Monet's garden] Marmootan",Kochi Prefecture,Japan.
I went to this garden three years ago and it's a beautiful botanical garden.
I recommend going to "Kitagawa Villeage [Monet's garden] Marmootan" between the latter part of April and June,because Water Lilies come out in that term.
